High-tech enterprises are rated from four aspects: core independent intellectual property rights (30 points), scientific and technological achievements transformation ability (30 points), research and development organization management level (20 points) and growth index (20 points). If enterprises want to get high marks, the scores of core independent intellectual property rights are the most important. If they want to pass the 70-point pass line, they must make great efforts in patent.
The new high policy classifies intellectual property rights: invention patents belong to Class I, and utility model and appearance patents belong to Class II. Five or more class II intellectual property rights (5-6 points) are not as high as one or more class I intellectual property rights (7-8 points)! And effective class I intellectual property rights can be used for high-level declaration for many times, and class II can only be used once! It can be seen that the recognition of invention patents is higher than that of utility model and appearance patents.
Does that mean that you can get high marks if you have invention patents and the number of patents? Of course not.
The ability to transform scientific and technological achievements means that independent property rights (that is, patents we call) can be transformed and applied to our own products (services). The patent content must be related to your products (services) and must play a core supporting role. You can't just do something to fool the past!

The invention patent authorization cycle takes about 2 years, so it is necessary to plan the application in advance
2. Number of utility model and appearance patents
In addition to invention patents, we also suggest that enterprises apply for some utility model and appearance patents in terms of product appearance, packaging, R&D and production equipment, and increase the number of patents.
Of course, the following aspects should also meet the standards:
(1) enterprises need to be registered and established for more than one year to apply for accreditation
(2) The technology that plays a core supporting role for the main products (services) of the enterprise belongs to the scope stipulated in the High-tech Fields Supported by the State
③ The proportion of scientific and technical personnel engaged in R&D and related technological innovation activities in enterprises is not less than 10% of the total number of employees in the current year
(4) The ratio of the total research and development expenses to the total sales revenue of the same period in the recent three fiscal years (if the actual operation is less than three years, the same below) meets the following requirements:
The proportion of enterprises whose sales income in the latest year is less than 50 million yuan (inclusive) is not less than 5%
The proportion of enterprises with sales income of 50 million yuan to 200 million yuan (inclusive) in the latest year is not less than 4%
The proportion of enterprises with sales income of more than 200 million yuan in the recent year is not less than 3%.
Among them, the total research and development expenses incurred by enterprises in China account for no less than 60% of the total research and development expenses
⑤ The income from high-tech products (services) in the past year accounts for no less than 60% of the total income of enterprises in the same period
⑥ The evaluation of enterprise innovation ability should meet the corresponding requirements
⑦ No major safety, major quality accidents or serious environmental violations occurred within one year before the enterprise applied for certification
