In order to speed up the construction of provincial-level intelligent manufacturing demonstration zones and accurately promote the transformation of enterprises to intelligent, digital and information transformation, the warehousing selection of intelligent technological transformation projects in Kunshan City is organized. The selection refers to the two national standards of "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model" and "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Evaluation Method" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, combined with the actual situation of our city, the relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Application conditions

(1) The applicant shall be an industrial enterprise registered in Kunshan, with independent legal personality and good operation and financial status.

(2) To declare an intelligent technological transformation project, the filing must be completed in 2019 (inclusive) and later. The total investment for technological transformation filing should not be less than 20 million yuan, the project construction period should not exceed two years, and the proportion of completed total investment should not be less than 30%.

(3) Intelligent technological transformation projects should have strong industrial driving effect and strong influence on regions and industries, and encourage the popularization and application of digital new technologies and products such as 5G, artificial intelligence and industrial software. The procedures for project filing (approval), environmental assessment, energy assessment, safety assessment, planning and land are complete.

II. Submission of materials

1, enterprise intelligent technological transformation project declaration (see annex);

2. Copy of business license of the enterprise;

3. Copies of financial audit reports of enterprises in recent two years;

4. Record certificate of technical transformation project and list of software and hardware that have been put into use (stamped and supported by invoice);

5. Copies of relevant supporting materials such as project environmental assessment, safety assessment and energy rating;

6. A copy of the certification documents related to intelligent manufacturing;

7. Other relevant supporting materials.

III. Administrative Measures

1. The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology shall organize third-party experts to comprehensively score according to the standard review, and track and manage the projects that meet the basic requirements.

2. Implement step management for warehousing projects, link with technical innovation awards and supplement measures, and give priority support.

3, the same technological transformation project has enjoyed Kunshan municipal financial support, no longer repeat awards. Enterprise application materials must be true and accurate, and once the fraud is discovered, its award qualification will be cancelled, and it will be included in the record of dishonesty according to relevant regulations.

The relevant application materials shall be bound and sealed in duplicate, and the scanned electronic files shall be submitted synchronously. After being summarized by the economic development departments of all districts and towns and stamped and confirmed on the summary table, they shall be submitted to the Science and Technology Innovation Section of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology on August 7.
