I. Energy Saving Projects
Give priority to supporting key energy-saving technological transformation projects such as green factories, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, boiler (kiln) transformation, waste heat and pressure utilization, motor system energy conservation, energy system optimization, and green lighting. Energy-saving technological transformation projects with energy saving capacity above 100 tons of standard coal (inclusive), or project technology and equipment investment of not less than 1 million yuan, can declare special fund subsidies.
II. Industrialization Project of Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Products
Focus on supporting energy-saving and emission-reduction green products and circular economy products industrialization and scale projects. Energy-saving products include: energy-saving boiler kiln, high-efficiency motor and driving equipment, waste heat and pressure utilization equipment, semiconductor lighting and other products;
Environmental protection products specifically include: water pollution control products and equipment; soil pollution control and remediation products; noise and vibration control products; environmental monitoring instruments and equipment; resource recycling products production equipment and related energy consumption and environmental labeling products.
The project technology and equipment have more than one related patent, and the investment amount is not less than 3 million yuan; The project has been industrialized in recent two years, with annual sales exceeding 5 million yuan.
Third, the backward energy-using equipment elimination and renewal subsidy project
Support enterprises to reduce energy consumption per unit output value and energy consumption per unit product, eliminate backward production capacity, and give subsidies to key energy-using enterprises in the region to eliminate and update projects.
